Refund & Returns Policy

At Spice Village Market, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality Wayanad spices and farm products directly from trusted local farmers. If you experience any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of food, spices, and perishable agricultural products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, returns/replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Package tampered during delivery
  • Product quality issue on arrival

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Refunds

Refunds will be processed if:

  • Your order is cancelled before shipment
  • The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
  • A return/replacement request is approved after verification

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund/return:

  • Opened food products
  • Used or partially consumed items
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders with incorrect shipping address provided by customer
